An upcoming film titled as Solo and directed by Bejoy Nambiar (remember the guy who directed Vikram in David some time back?) has as many as 11 music directors and 3 cinematographers working in it!
Bejoy debuted in film industry as an assistant director under ace film-maker Mani Ratnam with the 2010 Tamil-Hindi film Raavanan. He later got close to Abishek Bachchan and got the offer to direct a couple of Hindi films as well. The 38-year old Bejoy is now making a Tamil-Malayalam bilingual film titled as Solo which stars Dulquer Salmaan, Neha Sharma, Arthi, Sruthi Hariharan and Dhansika in the lead.
The first-look posers and teaser of the film was released in end-July on Dulquer’s birthday. The film has 4 scripts and 3 cinematographers (Girish Gangadharan, Madhu Neelakandan and Sejal Shah) and 11 music directors including Govind Menon, Masala Coffee, Prashanth Pillai, Gaurav Godkhindi, Abhinav Bhansal, Ragini Bhagawat, Agam and Sooraj S. Kurup are working in the film.
Four Heroines and multiple technicians make the film certainly an interesting prospect indeed; it may be noted that among the heroines, Sruthi Hariharan was recently spotted as ‘action king’ Arjun’s heroine in his landmark 150th film Nibunan.
