Hollywood actor Serge Crozon Cazin, who has starred in films such as Casino Royale, 300: Rise Of An Empire and ‘The Transporter Refunded’, has said that he had been hugely impressed with actor Ajith Kumar’s daredevil stunts in the spy film Vivegam.
Billed as the first-ever ‘international espionage’ film of Indian cinema, Vivegam is directed by Siva, his third directorial venture with Ajith after successive successful films such as Veeram and Vedalam. Kajal Aggarwal gets paired up opposite Ajith Kumar for the first time in this film which has Akshara Haasan (Kamal Haasan’s younger daughter) debuting as an actress in Tamil films.
Satyajyothi Films, the film’s producer, has announced that the film would be releasing on 24th August. In the meantime, Cazin, who plays one of the five members of Ajith’s team in the film, says he was happy to be debuting in Indian films with a world-class film like Vivegam. “Siva interviewed me first before choosing me for the role; I loved his picturization ways and clarify of thought during the scripting process,” he says.
“It was a memorable experience working with Ajith Sir. Only after completing my portion of shoot of the film and returning home did I realize that Ajith is a huge star back home in India. He was, however, very simple during the shoot and his action sequences surprised me. His commitment level in undertaking to perform all the stunt sequences himself was truly amazing,” concludes Cazin.
