Today morning, members of Film Employees Federation of South India met Superstar Rajinikanth to discuss their current strike against Tamil Film Producers Council.
According to Film Employees Federation of South India’s President RK Selvamani, Tamil Film Producers Council should pay workers as per the earlier agreed wage chart. But TFPC has recently decided to cut down the production cost by reducing the remuneration of the workers.
Reacting to this issue, Rajinikanth said “I hate the word strike, FEFSI and Tamil Film Producers Council should sit for a dialogue and solve the issue without bringing their ego. Our Film industry is more important than its sub organizations”, said Rajinikanth.
