Briton Amy Jackson, who recently acquired a spacious expensive bungalow in Chennai a few months back, is said to be now looking for a home in Mumbai.
After debuting in director A.L. Vijay’s Madarasapattinam a few years back opposite Arya, Amy starred in films such as Thaandavam, I, Gethu, Their and Thanga Magan. She is presently awaiting the biggest release in her 5-year long career in 2.0 which has superstar Rajinikanth in the lead.
Amy, who had been shuttling between England and India to shoot her films, has now acquired her own bungalow in Chennai which would make it ‘economically viable’ for producers to sign her up in their films as they don’t need to think of paying her frequent air-travels to England. The actress has decided to invest her hard-earned money in business and has just floated a restaurant in London with her mother.
She is now said to be hunting for an apartment in Mumbai which would help her concentrate more in her career in Bollywood. “Of course, I’m looking for my own home in Mumbai; I personally feel investing in anything would be of great help in future,” concludes Amy.
