‘Milky beauty’ and curvaceous Tamannaah, who awaits the release of her magnum opus Baahubali in theatres worldwide next Friday (28th April), has been paired up opposite the 52-year old national award-winning actor Vikram in an upcoming film titled as Sketch.
‘Kalaipuli’ S. Thanu ‘presents’ the film under his banner V-Creations while Moving Frame Films produces it in a grand manner. Others essaying prominent roels include Soori, R.K. Suresh, Aruldoss, Mollywood’s Harish, Shreeman, Ravikissen, Vishwanth and Mali. Talented Sripriyanka essays a significant role in the film which might do wonders to her fledgling career as an actress.
Thaman scores the film’s music while Sukumar would be the cinematographer. Shobi and Brinda would be the dance choreographers; Ravivarman would take care of the stunts in the film. The quartet of Kabilan, Rokesh, Vivegaa and Vijayachander has penned the film’s lyrics. Vaalu fame Vijayachander has also directed the film besides penning the story, screenplay and dialogues.
Shoot of a song sung by Vikram was held recently in Chennai in huge, specially-erected sets. The first schedule of the shoot took place non-stop for almost a month and is now followed by the second schedule which is going on in Chennai. The director hints that Sketch would be sleek, stylish and suit today’s trend of film-making, highlighting the many positive aspects of the often-abused North Chennai.
