Cheran, the actor-producer-director, has decided to make a film after a long self-imposed hiatus. Reports say that he is considering casting Vijay Sethupathi in the lead in his untitled venture.
Vijay Sethupathi, who had as many as six films releasing last year, continues to remain very busy with projects such as Kavan, Vikram Vedha, Karuppan, Idam Porul Yaeval, Vada Chennai, Aneethi Kathaigal and 96.
After making films such as Autograph, Pandavar Bhoomi and Thavamai Thavamirindhu, Cheran is making a comeback now with a film which would have Vijay Sethupathi in the lead. Talks between the duo have reportedly reached concluding stages.
A formal announcement in this regard is expected to out soon.
