As everyone knows, Thala Ajith’s strenuous workout by spending nearly 5hrs at gym has given fruitful results.
The latest update is the actor only had boiled chicken (without oil), chappattis and onions to get this fit look. Nearly for four months, the actor didn’t even had rice and also strictly avoided sweets, aerated drinks and fruit juices.
Ajith’s last meal for the day would be before 6 PM and after that, the actor is only allowed to drink few ounces of water. Thala has hired a personal trainer and dietician to get the right look for Vivegam and the first look says it all!
