Arvind Swamy reveals PETA’s ‘killing spree’ in Virginia

Actor Arvind Swamy has unmasked PeTA’s hypocrisy in its so-called quest to save animals around the world by revealing details of its killing spree of animals in U.S. in 2014.

PeTA’s case with the Supreme Court resulted in Jallikkattu getting banned in Tamil Nadu for the past three years now as PeTA alleged that bulls were tortured and harmed during the traditional annual Pongal sporting act in Tamil Nadu. This has been proved wrong many a time by Jallikkattu fighters and activists.

PeTA, which operates from U.S., has been killing thousands of animals every year beneath its façade of doing everything anywhere in the world to prevent animals from getting harmed. Arvind Swamy has tweeted on his latest tweed about thus, thus unmaking PeTA.

“According to a preliminary report, PETA euthanized 2454 of the 3369 animals that came to its Northfolk, Virginia shelter in 2014. Here’s how it compares to the rest of the State: Cats (83.8%) and Dogs (68.4%)!”
