Stay order on GV Prakash’s KIK revoked

stay-order-on-gv-prakashs-kik-revoked-e1478685747635Popular Trichy and Tanjore distributor Singaravelan, who rose to fame with the Rajinikanth starrer Lingaa issue, took T Siva of Amma Creations to the court seeking a stay order on the release of his production Kadavul Irukaan Kumaaru.

7G Cinemas who was one of the distributors of Lingaa is yet to pay a pending amount of Rs. 62 Lakhs for Singaravelan.

After the court ordered a stay on the film’s release two days back, the issues has been sorted now. Now, the court has ordered 7G Cinemas to deposit Rs. 35 Lakhs within 4 weeks. After T. Siva assured to settle the money, the stay on the film has been revoked.

KIK is directed by Rajesh and is all set to hit screens tomorrow on November 10 as per the original plan. Directed by Rajesh, it features Nikki Galrani and Anandhi as lead heroines. Prakash Raj, RJ Balaji, Urvasi, M.S. Bhaskar and Robin Shankar form the supporting cast.
