Keerthy Suresh has managed to do what many heroines couldn’t during the past two decades: turn a ‘silent’ Vijay into a chatter-box during the shoot of their upcoming film Bairavaa which is scheduled to release in theatres in Pongal (next January).
Bharathan is the director of Bairavaa which pits Keerthy Suresh opposite Vijay for the first time in her career lasting just over an year. Mollywood’s Aparna Vinod debuts in Tamil films by essaying a major role in the film which has music by Santhosh Narayanan and is cinematographed by M. Sukumar.
Some time back, Keerthy went on record saying that though she wasn’t in awe of Vijay’s stardom, she found it tough to match steps with Vijay when it came to dancing. It now turns out that Keerthy has had a ‘telling’ effect the usually quiet Vijay who mostly keeps to himself during breaks in shoot and responds to only when he is spoken to. That he is an introvert is a well-known truth in the industry.
Keerthy, a chatter-box herself, kept talking to Vijay, thus turning him also as a chatter-box which was a huge and welcome change to those on the sets who had only seen a ‘silent’ Vijay during the breaks. Crew members say that they can’t believe that a rank newcomer like Keerthy could instill such a change in Vijay’s attitude!
