M. Rajesh, director of music director-turned-hero G.V. Prakash Kumar’s upcoming film Kadavul Irukkaan Kumaru (KIK), has denied that there was any misunderstanding or fight between Anandhi and Nikki Galrani, the film’s two heroines.
Besides the lead players, othes essaying prominent roles in the film include Prakash Raj, Robot Shankar and ‘Mottai’ Rajendran. Reports said some time back that there were some minor ‘clashes’ between heroines Nikki and Anandhi, which was not something totally unexpected as these things are bound to occur when two heroines feature in the same films.
“I have told each of them about their characters in the film in advance and as such, there was no misunderstanding between them,” explains Rajesh who badly needs a hit film to bounce back into reckoning as his last few films have failed to click in a big way at the box-office.
“As they had advance information about their roles, the question of clash between them with regard to their respective characters in the film didn’t arise at all,” says Rajesh. Queried as to who among Anandhi and Nikki Galrani ‘gets’ G.V. Prakash Kumar in the film, Rajesh said: “Wait and see till the film releases!”
