It is reported that ‘Milky beauty’ Tamannaah might face problems in Kollywood soon as she has been purposely avoiding promotional events of her films for long now.
Tamannaah, who has been a frontline actress in both Tamil and Telugu films for many years now, has played Prabhu Deva’s heroine in her upcoming film Devi(L) which is to be released in Tamil, Telugu (titled as Abhinetri) and Hindi (titled as Tutak Tutak Tutiya). Produced by actor-producer Sonu Sood, it has been directed by Vijay who recently split from his actress-wife Amala Paul in a much-publicized split.
Not posing any problems, Tamannaah seems to be at ease while taking part in events promoting her films in Telugu and Hindi but when it comes to Tamil films, she seems to adopt a very different yardstick. Tamannaah’s continued neglect of promoting her Tamil films have made Producers’ Council angry as it has received plenty of complaints from producers who made films starring Tamannaah in the lead.
Tamannaah’s next Tamil film to release will be Kathi Sandai, directed by Suraj. The film, which has Vishal romancing Tamannaah for the first time, is to release in the next few weeks. Whether or not Tamannaah would agree to take part in the events planned to promote the film would decide whether she would be shown ‘red card’ by the Tamil Film Producers’ Council!
