Taapsee Pannu, the Aadukalam actress who hasn’t been seen in Tamil films for many months now, asserts that she still remembers ‘Thala’ Ajith Kumar’s advice given to her during the shoot of her 2013 hit film Arrambam.
Taapsee was last spotted in Vai Raja Vai with Gautham Karthik and Priya Anand which released in theatres more than an year back. She is now busy with her projects in Hindi and Telugu films but the Punjabi kudi remembers Ajith Kumar’s advice and follows it in a steadfast manner.
Ajith reportedly told Taapsee, who played Arya’s heroine in Arrambam, to pay heed to the many things written in the print media. Ajith is said to have told her to neglect good things written about her as they were apparently written to impress her and concentrate on the negative things so that she could ‘correct’ or ‘rectify’ herself. This would be good for her in the long run, Ajith had reportedly told Taapsee.
“I still follow Ajith’s advice and I now realize that what he told me was nothing but cent percent true,” says Taapsee.
