Newly-released posters of superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Kabali have been rocking the Net for the past 24 hours. Three posters were released yesterday much to the delight of millions of fans of the superstar across the globe.
Kabali would be Rajinikanth’s upcoming film after his 2014 release Lingaa. It is produced by ‘Kalaipuli’ S. Thanu and directed by Pa. Ranjith. Radhika Apte, Dhansika, ‘Attakathi’ Dinesh, ‘Madras’ Kalaiyarasan and Kishore have essayed prominent roles in the film.
Santhosh Narayanan has scored the film’s music. Murali is the cinematographer of the film which has been edited by K.L. Praveen. The shoot of the film, which commenced in Chennai in the last week of August last year, has been held in Malaysia, Singapore and Goa and several other places. The audio-launch of the film is scheduled to be held on 12th June (Sunday).
Even as the film’s teaser has recorded more than 2 crore views, the posters of the film have been released in phases by Thanu. After the posters of the Hindi and Telugu version of the film, three posters of the Tamil version were released yesterday. Though Rajini sports an aged don’s get-up in these posters, they have been welcomed with huge appreciation by his legion of fans.
