It is said that Vijay Sethupathi, who has been getting new (unpaired) heroine in every film of his, is likely to pair up opposite newcomer Manjima Mohan in his next film.
With films such as Idam Porul Yaeval and Iraivi (to release soon) and Dharma Durai, Aandavan Kattalai and Rekka on his hands, Vijay Sethupathi is also about to play the lead role in a film to be made by cinematographer-director K.V. Anand, who made Suriya’s Ayan and Maattraan and Jiiva’s Ko in the past.
The untitled film would have music by ‘Hiphop’ Tamizha Aadhi and has Vijay T. Rajender, a multi-faceted and mightily talented personality, essaying a major role in a film after a long time. Some time back, Vijay Sethupathi had said that he was very happy to have TR on board.
It is now said that Manjima Mohan, who is all set to make her debut as heroine opposite Simbu in Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada, is to be paired up opposite Vijay Sethupathi in K.V. Anand’s film. “Manjima has agreed in principle to star in the film and would finalize the deal soon,” sources said.
It may be noted that even before the release of her first film, Manjima has landed up offers to star in Udhayanidhi’s next untitled film with Vishnu Vishal and Vijay Sethupathi’s K.V. Anand-directed film.
