After his critically acclaimed performance as an under-trial in national award-winning director Vetrimaaran’s off-beat film Visaranai, ‘Attakathi’ fame Dinesh is back to essaying ‘normal’ roles and is now awaiting the release of his upcoming film titled as Oru Naal Oru Koothu.
Dinesh, who was last seen in the lead role in films such as Thirudan Police and Tamizhukku En Ondrai Azhuthavum, has also essayed an important role in superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming film Kabali along with Kalaiyarasan, Dhansika and Rhythwika. He would, however, have his Oru Naal Oru Koothu releasing before his mega-release Kabali whose USP is the ‘magical’ Rajinikanth.
Produced by Selvakumar of Kenanya Films (who made Thirudan Police), Oru Naal Oru Koothu was recently viewed by the Censors who not only lauded the film as a ‘clean film’ but also granted ‘U’ certificate to it which means that the film can be watched by school and college students. In all probability, the film would be releasing in theatres on 03rd June, it is informed.
Debutant director Nelson Venkatesan has directed Oru Naal Oru Koothu which has Dinesh romancing Miya George (last spotted in Sasikumar’s Vetrivel which released recently).
Nivedha Podhuraj, Karunanaran, Rhytwika, Bala Saravanan, Ramesh Thilak and Ramadoss have essayed prominent roles in the film which has music by Justin Prabhakaran, who had earlier scored the music of films such as Pannaiyarum Padminiyum and Orange Mittai.
