If reports emanating from sources close to actor Madhavan are to be relied upon, the actor’s next film in Tamil would be directed by Karu Pazhaniappan.
Pazhaniappan, who made Srikanth-starrer Parthiban Kanavu in 2003 and Vishal’s Sivappathigaram in 2006, debuted as an actor with the 2010 film Mandhira Punnagai. It is said that his next directorial venture would star Madhavan, who made a rocking comeback to Tamil films with the recent hit film Irudhi Suttru, in the lead.
It is informed that Pazhaniappan is in the process of completing his script, dialogues and screenplay after winning Madhavan’s nod. A formal announcement about the film would be made soon, it is reliably learnt. Madhyavan’s immediate film to release this year, however, would be Vikram-Vedha directed by the duo of Puskhar-Gayathri which had earlier made films such as Oram Po and Va Quarter Cutting.
With two films on hand, former ‘chocolate boy’ Maddy is expected to be in line for another ‘successful round’ in Kollywood!
