Even as Rajinikanth is busy shooting for Shankar’s magnum-opus 2.o in New Delhi, reports on his gangster thriller Kabali has been making headlines. The latest update is Kalaipuli S Thanu has informed local exhibitors and distributors that the film will see the light of day on May 27th after the state assembly elections.
There are also reports that Ranjith is planning to do a short schedule in Malaysia again to reshoot some jail scenes featuring Rajinikanth since the final output is said to not satisfactory.
The audio launch is expected to happen next month in Malaysia and the team is working round the clock to organize the same. The music is composed by Santhosh Narayanan. Kabali stars Radhika Apte, Dhansika, Dinesh and Kalaiarasan in important roles.
