Manjima Mohan, the latest entrant to Kollywod from Kerala and who is debuting as heroine in Tamil films with ace director Gautham Vasudev Menon’s Achcham Enbadhu Madamaiyada opposite Simbu, has said that it was tough to act with Simbu tho kept cracking jokes which made it difficult for her to concertrate.
Co-starring Rana Daggubati and Daniel Balaji, the film is being shot simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu. The shoot of the film has reached its concluding stages. Manjima, who looks pretty and talented enough for a long stint in Kollywood, spoke to newsmen during a break in shoot.
“Simbu is a prankster who keeps doing several things on the sets which makes me laugh continuously. As a result, even when we shoot important sequences, I find it very difficult to concentrate in my assignment of acting. Simbu is so jovial and his jokes keep me and all others in the sets in splits.
“Though Simbu makes it tough for others, he doesn’t seem to be troubled by any sequence at all and eases through his role admirably,” says Manjima who has declared that Nayantara is her role model.
