In an unprecedented manner, as many as seven music directors have sung songs in debutant music director Sathyan Mahalingam’s music in an upcoming film titled as Vizhithiru.
Directed and scripted by Meera Kathiravan long after be debuted as director with Aval Peyar Tamizharasi, Vizhithiru stars Krishna, actor-director Venkat Prabhu, Vidarth, Thambi Ramaiah, Dhansika, SPB Charan and Abhinaya in lead roles. Meera has also co-produced the film along with friends.
Sara Arjun, easily the most popular child artiste in Kollywood, plays an important role in the film which also has Nagendra Babu, brother of Tollywood’s Chiranjeevi, essaying a prominent role. It’s also one of those few films which have been shot entirely in Chennai as the crew shot extensively in Ritchie Street (Chennai’s ‘electronics market’), Mount Road and Vepery.
Vijay Milton, director of films such as Goli Soda and 10 Endradhukulla, is the film’s cinematographer. The script of the film is about events occurring in a single night. Praveen-Srikanth duo has edited the film which missed its released date in theatres at least twice in the past and might release in the next few weeks.
