Close on the heels of reports blaming Shruti Haasan for the delay in shoot of Ajith Kumar’s upcoming untitled film, reports have now surfaced blaming Nayantara – known as one of the most ‘cooperative actresses’ in K-Town – for the delay in shoot of her upcoming film Idhu Namma Aalu opposite ex-flame Simbu.
Nayan has a very good reputation of an actress who is ultra-sensitive to the needs of her producer and director.
Always punctual at the shooting spot to attend her shooting schedules, Nayan has also displayed flexibility in adjusting her call sheet dates/timings depending on the needs of the producers/directors she gets to work with.
This being the case, reports blaming her for the delay in shoot of Idhu Namma Aalu is very surprising.
Vishnuvardhan, who has made Billa and Aarambam starring Nayantara, expresses good things about the actress. “If Nayan commits herself to shoot for a particular film, she would take care of other aspects as well, except her part in the film.
If the film faces a crisis, she would give her inputs and suggestions to solve them and would try her best to resolve the crisis to get the shoot re-started,” says Vishnuvardhan.
It is stated that the shoot of Idhu Namma Aalu, directed by national award-winning director Pandiraj, has been delayed of late due to Nayan’s refusal to shoot as the Unit had earlier wasted her call-sheet dates due to Simbu’s non-availability.
Unconfirmed reports further say that the actress was demanding more from the producer for her to turn up for the shoot to complete her portions.
