Prabhas, who played one of the main leads in Baahubali, has apparently earned a whopping sum of Rs. 65 crores for the film from his remuneration and a share from the theatrical collections as signed in his deal by Arka Media Works, the production house.
The film has already collected Rs. 265 crores from the first six days at the box office and is shattering all records. It has already surpassed Shankar’s I record and is on course to outplay Endhiran’s place at the southern box office.
Meanwhile, a Mumbai-based studio has reportedly bagged the rights for the second part of the film for Rs 325 crores. The second part is due for release for next summer.
