It has been announced that Sagaptham, which is the debut film of Vijayakanth’s younger son Shanmuga Pandian as hero, is slated to release in more than 500 halls across the State and elsewhere on 02nd April.
L.K. Sudeesh, Vijaykanth’s brother-in-law who has produced the film under the banner ‘Captain Cine Creations’, has issued a statement in this regard.
“Sagaptham, the debut film of Shanmuga Pandian, is to release in a grand manner on 02nd April. The film is releasing in more than 300 halls in Tamil Nadu alone and in more than 200 halls in Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Kerala, Mumbai, Delhi and in a few other North Indian States and in countries abroad,” he said.
Surendran has directed the film which has music by Karthik Raja, eldest son of Maestro Ilaiyaraaja. Neha and Shubra Aiyappa have essayed the roles of the twin heroines in the film. Vijayakanth is said to have essayed a special ‘cameo’ in the film.
