Vinay, who hasn’t had a great year in 2014, looks forward to a turn-around with Saran’s upcoming film titled as Aayirathil Iruvar. Saran, who has directed Kamal Haasan in Vasool Raja MBBS, Ajith in Kadhal Mannan, Amarkalam and Asal and Vikram in Gemini, is making Aayirathil Iruvar with Vinay in dual roles and three heroines opposite him.
Samuthrika a.k.a. Sakshi Chaudhary, Kesha Khambatti and Swasthika are the trio of beauties in the film whose script struck Charan’s mind in the wee hours when he was sleeping.
It is said that the film even has a computer-generated graphics-aided sequence wherein the twins in a mother’s womb are showing to be ‘clashing’ with each other. For the first time in his career, Vinay has the chance to play dual roles in Aayirathil Iruvar.
In a recent interview to a regional magazine, Saran is said to have compared his film in the making to Shankar’s I which hit the screens this week stating that Aayirathil Iruvar is to him in the same manner as I is to Shankar.
He also claimed to be following the ‘T. Rajendhar’ style of script-writing by not taking a prepared script to sets and forming his dialogues only after reaching the sets.
“Though I’m not an expert like T. Rajendhar, I used to write only on the sets and during breaks in shoot. However, I would always ensure that the shooting schedule doesn’t await my script,” Saran says.
