Things are not going to be easy for Anjali until she bows down to the requirement of director Mu.Kalanjiayam to complete shooting for his film ‘Oor Sutri Puranam’.
As the directors union had said that talks is in the process of initiating talks with Anjali to persuade her to complete Kalanjiyam’s film before moving to other Tamil projects, Jaguar Thangam the General Secretary Jaguar Thangam has entered the foray in favour of Kalanjiyam.
Jaguar Thangam has sent a letter to Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada film producers unions urging them to ban Anjali to act in their films until she completes Kalanjiyam’s film, since her absence for the shoot has caused huge loss to the director cum producer.
But it is quite evident that Anjali is not interested in shooting for the film and she also has reservations on working again with Kalanjiyam whom she alleged to have caused a lot of troubles to her.
Responding to questions on this, Thangam said that an actress can not commit herself for a film and just like that say she is not interested when called for shoot.
In that case she has to compensate the loss suffered by the Producer. If security is the main reason for Anjali’s hesitation to attend the shoot, Thangam said, he will make sure that the actress is provided with proper security arrangements until she completes the shoot of the film.
Thangam also insisted that first Anjali has to come and talk in open about this issue instead of playing hide and seek.
