Actor Krishna is back in action as he gears up for the release of his upcoming film titled Vanavarayan Vallavarayan, directed by Raja Mohan of ‘Kungamapoovum Konjumpuravum’ fame.
Close on the heels of Mirchi Shiva and Sivakarthikeyan, Makapa Anand, a popular VJ in Vijay TV, is entering the Tamil film industry with this film. Ma Ka Pa Anand, who is known for his timing comic sense, is playing the second hero of the film, as Krishna’s brother.
The film has Monal Gajjar and Niharika Kareer, playing the female leads.
Speaking about his film, director Raja Mohan said “Vanavarayan Vallavarayan, is a full-length comedy film, based on the bonding between two brothers.
“The old classic ’Manamagale Marumagale Vaa Vaa’ is one song every one gets to hear in most weddings. After the release of Vanavarayan Vallavarayan, a marriage song ‘Vaangappa Vaanganne …Vaangathe Vaa Mama’, from this film will also be added to that playlist. This song, was recently shot in a marriage hall for five days. It is notable that the producer had to spent Rs.50000 per day just on flowers for the song shoot. ” concludes Rajamohan.
Others in the cast include SPB Charan, Santhanam, veteran Sowcar Janaki, Kovai Sarala, Thambi Ramaiah, Meera Krishna and Jayaprakash. Yuvan Shankar Raja has scored the film’s music for which Snehan has penned all the lyrics. Dinesh and Robert have choreographed the song sequences while Ramesh has supervised the stunt sequences.
