‘Udhayam – NH4” – Tamil Movie Review
Director Vetrimaaran’s another effort in Tamil movie industry is Udhayam NH4 but this time he had turned himself to production partnering with Dayanidhi Azhagiri’s Red Giant movies after his award winning movie Aadukalam.
Director Vetrimaaran’s has given the opportunity to one of his associate directors Manimaran to direct the movie. The story is as usual, a regular plot of kidnapping as defined by the Indian movie industry and evolves in the infamous NH4 highway which connects major cities in South India.
The story touches all sentiments like friendship, trials of friendship in love. Director Manimaran’s method of storytelling and screenplay makes the story outstanding. The credit goes to the first timer who, by his story telling keeps the audience glued to their seats.
As the story line runs through different states, the language is used appropriately – blending the characters. Vetrimaaran has penned down the story and dialogues with Manimaran. Music has been scored by G.V Prakash Kumar with the cinematography by Velraj.
