Her killer-looks are deceptive enough; don’t be fooled by the near-perfect face that Hansika Motwani has and the hourglass figure that she has acquired of late, thanks to some rigorous workouts. The bubbly Hansika, who is now among the most admired dream girl in Tamil Nadu, is also a good Samaritan who doesn’t think twice in helping those in need.
Hansika has as many as four films each in Tamil and Telugu and has become the ‘pet jealous’ of many frontline actresses who fume at her and secretly wonder as to how does she manage to devote time equally for the shoot of all these eight films which are on the floor at this very moment. Hansika, when queried about what was the secret behind her securing all these films, smiles prettily before she gets talking.
The Sindhi girl says “I don’t get angry with anyone unnecessarily and most of the times, I keep smiling. I’m sure my smile can ‘cool’ a person, however bad mood he might be in. I’m always prompt in attending my shooting schedules and don’t consider any other actress as my ‘competitor’ as I believe everyone has his or her space in the entertainment industry. I also plan to make films in future,” she says.
Not many are aware that Hansika has adopted as many as 22 orphans and has been taking care of the expenses in respect of their food, clothes and shelter besides providing education to them. “My mother used to take me to orphanages and old age homes right from my childhood days. So, the thought of helping them has been en-grained in my heart from early school days.
“It pains my heart to see the old getting abandoned by their own sons and daughters. Soon, I intend starting an old age home either in Chennai or in Hyderabad to cater to these persons,” concludes Hansika.
