We all know about Ajith’s career and how it has been dotted with many potentially big projects that never took off or finally went to some other actor. Now, the grapevine around all these projects, which includes Naan Kadavul with Bala and the tentatively titled ‘Thuppariyum Anand’ with Gautham Menon, was that the star developed creative and personal differences of opinions with the directors. That has remained the popular belief till now.
But, in a recent interview Ajith sough to clear all such claims about differences of opinions and misunderstandings being the reasons behind the projects being stalled. He said that there were never any personal problems or serious misunderstandings between him and any of the directors. He also said that he was a believer in the ‘right time’ for things to happen and that perhaps the projects slipped away because the opportune moment for him to work with those directors had not yet arrived. If such a time were to arrive in the future he would never step back from working with them.
To put things briefly, in spite of the history of long negotiations and discussions not coming to fruition with directors like Bala and Gautham, Ajith still does not rule out working with them in the future. Yes, that’s right, if any of these directors have a story which they think is right for the star, they can take it to him, and who knows, the long awaited combination might just happen!
