The twice postponed Jaganmohini is to hit screens in Diwali. Taking on Vettaikaran and Aadhavan has not diminished the enthusiasm of cinematographer-director N.K. Vishwanath. “If you are confident of your product, there is nothing to worry about the competition,” is his simple mantra.
Originally slated for an end September release, Vishwanath attributed the delay to the post production work. “To retain the rich effect of the movie shot in exotic locales of the Indian Ocean, the editing had to be crisp. Now you will get to see only the essence which would be a visual treat for Namitha fans,” said the director with assurance.
The graphic effects have given an added sheen to the movie shot in exotic locales, avers the genial man. “You will find a Namitha never seen before,” is his promise to warm the cockles of her diehard fans.
