Director Badri – who made Veeraappu with Sundar C. and is making Ayutha Ezhuthu with him again – is all set to direct his third film with Bharath in the lead role.
Bharath has almost completed his work in Aarumugam and is gearing up for this film, which will be produced by Vijaya Productions, whose Padikkathavan is rocking the entire state at present.
Wanting to lend some MGR magic to his film, director Badri named it Enga Veettu Pillai, the cult classic of the 60s; besides, it aptly suits the script of the film. Speaking about the film, the director said that it will be a feel-good film with the right amount of action, romance and comedy. Plus, it will also show Bharath in a different light. About the female lead, the director said he plans take a new heroine. He has been conducting screen tests for several Mumbai-based models and will soon reveal the details about the heroine.
Meanwhile, an upbeat Bharath is quite confident about the success of his upcoming Aarumugam opposite Priyamani and directed by Suresh Krishna, who gave huge hits including Annamalai and Basha. Aarumugam has good action sequences, great screenplay, excellent music by Deva, and above all, the scorching onscreen chemistry of Priyamani and Bharath that has become the talk of the town.
