Regarding a question about his selection of films where heroism dominates, Dhanush replied, “I just trust those films which have worked wonders for me. Why should I change it? The key to audience’ acceptance of has been my ordinary looks which has been created by my brother Selvaraghavan through films like Kaathal Kondein and Pudhupettai”.
About his lead lady Tamanna, in Padikkathavan the actor commented, “She is very talented, and I’m sure that 2009 belongs to her. She is very dedicated and it’s been a great experience working with her.”
“The first half is full of comedy and in the second half Vivek as Assault Arumugham takes over and makes it a riot. There is no crass humour in the film and the songs by Mani Sharma are the highlights of the film. It is a perfect mass entertainer for the entire family” chips in a confident Dhanush.
