Last Sunday (28/12/08), everyone got to see Trisha in a new light – she played angel to a bunch of kids. Smiling and playing with the young inmates of Cancer Hospital, Adayar, Trisha had a memorable time. The joy on the faces of these ailing kids was just wonderful and cannot be described in words when Trisha opened a bag of toys and started distributing them! This is the fourth time she is visiting these young kids.
Trisha also found some time for the media personnel who rushed in to meet her. After answering all their queries patiently, the beautiful actress returned to the kids to watch Abhiyum Naanum with them. She answered several questions, ranging from who convinced her to act in Abhiyum Naanum to the so-called tussle between her and Nayantara!
Trisha said that she grabbed the opportunity of acting in Abhiyum Naanum immediately, as she trusted Radha Mohan and Prakash Raj implicitly. She dismissed the news about competition between her and Nayantara as mere media hype. To a reporter who wanted to know about her Bollywood dreams, she said she has no interest in Bollywood and with so many films in Tamil and Telugu, she cannot even think of doing a Hindi film.
Quickly finishing the press meet, Trisha joined the kids to have some fun. The entire Sunday was punctuated with gaiety for this loving actress and the kids. She bid them a reluctant farewell after having dinner with them and wishing them speedy recovery. Trisha left with the satisfaction of having shared some memorable moments with them.
